Event Manager

Manages the entire event team, coordinates tasks, and ensures smooth operations during the event.

Production Manager

Oversees technical aspects such as sound, lighting, stage setup, and audiovisual equipment.

Catering Manager

Coordinates food and beverage services, including menu selection and catering arrangements.

Sponsorship Coordinator

Secures sponsorships and partnerships to support the event financially and enhance its offerings.

Event Designer

Creates visual elements, decor, and ambiance to match the event theme and enhance the attendee experience.

Technical Support Staff

Provides on-site technical assistance for audiovisual equipment, lighting, and other technical needs.

Event Photographer/Videographer

Captures images and videos to document the event and create promotional materials.

Wellfare ,and Well-being

Ensures good condition of all elements or peripherals of the event.

Head of Security

Takes charge of the safety of all team members as well as ensure the safety of guest and audience.
